    "content": "Shipping Last updated: 24 September 2026 Orders are usually prepared within 24 to 48 hours after payment clears. Ireland delivery Allow 5 to 7 days after processing. Standard delivery is free on orders of €60 or more and €22 below that threshold. Express delivery is available at checkout for €22. Other countries Allow approximately 7 to 10 days after processing. The available service and final charge are shown at checkout for the destination entered. Tracking and split deliveries We email a tracking number after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages for logistical reasons. If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email theteam@simplescreen.irish with your order number so the support team can investigate.",

Your right to cancel an online order For most standard goods bought online, you may tell us in writing that you are cancelling within 14 days after you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. You do not need to give a reason. Products bought from another retailer must be returned to that retailer. You are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. Keep the goods in reasonable condition and include proof of purchase. We may reduce a refund only where handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning has reduced their value. Made-to-order and personalised goods The statutory cooling-off right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This may include screens or materials cut or manufactured to measurements you supplied. Standard, unaltered stock remains subject to the ordinary online cancellation rules. Refund timing Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we refund eligible payments using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are separate from the change-of-mind rules and are not limited by this policy. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs if goods arrive damaged, are incorrect, faulty or not as described. We will explain the available repair, replacement, price reduction or refund remedy.",

If payment is declined, the order is not accepted or shipped. Product images and measurements are provided to help you choose. Check your opening and choose a size large enough to cut down before ordering. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Delivery Ireland delivery normally takes 5 to 7 days after the usual 24 to 48 hour processing period. Delivery is free on orders of €60 or more; otherwise the standard charge is €22.
